บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive study ) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้และระดับภาวะผู้นำต่อการบริหารองค์กรเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ตามมาตรการปลอดภัยสำหรับองค์กร (COVID Free Setting) ของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในสังกัดสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดลพบุรี ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา ประชากรที่ศึกษาได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล หรือรักษาการในตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในจังหวัดลพบุรีทั้งหมด จำนวน 123 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง มีคุณลักษณะผู้นำในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก มีการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการปลอดภัยสำหรับองค์กร (COVID Free Setting) ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (μ = 2.89 , σ = 0.18) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการนำมาตรการปลอดภัยสำหรับองค์กร (COVID Free Setting) ไปใช้กับทุกหน่วยงาน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และโรคติดต่อทางระบบทางเดินหายใจต่าง ๆ ในอนาคต
