บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กรอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) สร้างสุขภาพ รู้ตน ลดเสี่ยง ลดโรค และปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ภายใต้แนวคิดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนกโมเดล (สบช.โมเดล) แบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กร อสม. สร้างสุขภาพ รู้ตน ลดเสี่ยง ลดโรค และปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ภายใต้แนวคิด สบช.โมเดล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น อสม. จำนวน 1,144 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบเป็นระบบ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และ 2) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กร อสม. สร้างสุขภาพ รู้ตน ลดเสี่ยง ลดโรค และปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ภายใต้แนวคิด สบช.โมเดล ประชากรเป็นภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพภาคประชาชน จำนวน 110 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสำมะโน เก็บข้อมูลแบบครอบคลุมทั้งประชากรด้วยแบบประเมินรูปแบบ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ
เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กรอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านสร้างสุขภาพ รู้ตน ลดเสี่ยง ลดโรค และปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ภายใต้แนวคิด สบช.โมเดล ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ ระบบ โครงสร้าง และรูปแบบ ทั้งนี้ ผลการประเมินรูปแบบภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านความเหมาะสม ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความถูกต้องครอบคลุม
