บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ตำบลหนองงูเหลือม อ.เฉลิมพระเกียรติ จ.นครราชสีมา เก็บข้อมูลจาก อสม. ที่มีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 175 คน โดยใช้แบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพตามหลัก 3อ. 2ส. (ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .78) และแบบวัดสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของ อสม. (ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .93) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และตัวแบบการถดถอยแบบมัลติโนเมียลลอจิสติก ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 58.3
การสื่อสารสุขภาพตามหลัก 3อ.2ส. สามารถทำนายการมีสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในระดับปานกลาง (OR = 1.562, 95%CI: 1.020 - 2.393) และระดับสูง (OR = 1.832, 95%CI: 1.154 - 2.906) และการจัดการตนเองตามหลัก 3อ.2ส. สามารถทำนายการมีสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในระดับสูงได้ (OR = 1.530, 95%CI: 1.048 - 2.235) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < .05) ดังนั้น ควรให้การส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของ อสม. ในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุด้วยการพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพและด้านการจัดการตนเองตามหลัก 3อ2ส. ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและจะนำไปสู่การเกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีในการดูแลสุขภาพประชาชนในชุมชนต่อไป
