บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross–sectional Descriptive Study) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในตำบลสงเปลือย อำเภอนามน จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 300 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเอง
จากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบสอบถาม ด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน และด้านความเที่ยง โดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.79 และ 0.74 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรโดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวส่วนใหญ่มีความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปร พบว่าการรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช การรับรู้ความรุนแรงจากอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช การรับรู้ต่ออุปสรรคในการป้องกันอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช และความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชโดยรวม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว
ในตำบลสงเปลือย อำเภอนามน จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ดังนั้นควรมีการสร้างโปรแกรมความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเพื่อใช้ในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอันตรายจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช และศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมที่สร้างขึ้น
