ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานเก็บขนขยะ ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานเก็บขนขยะ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานเก็บขนขยะ สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 203 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลช่วงเดือนเมษายน ถึงเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2566บบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 98.50 อายุุเฉลี่ย 44.57 ± 10.46 ปี ระยะเวลาทำงานเฉลี่ย 7.80 ± 0.65 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน ระดับความรู้ (เฉลี่ย = 10.92, S.D. = 1.74) และทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัย (เฉลี่ย = 2.31, S.D. = 0.36) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย ร้อยละ 78.32 และปฏิบัติตามนโยบายความปลอดภัย ร้อยละ 84.23 ได้รับสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลอย่างเพียงพอ ร้อยละ 23.65 มีการสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับดี (เฉลี่ย = 2.57, S.D. = 0.56) พฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 50.25 ปัจจัยการได้รับการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย นโยบายหน่วยงาน และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลได้ ร้อยละ 27.20 (R2 = 0.272; p < .01) ดังนั้น องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นควรจัดอบรม เพื่อชี้แจงนโยบายการทำงานด้านความปลอดภัย รวมถึงส่งเสริมกิจกรรมเชื่อมสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหัวหน้างาน เพื่อนร่วมงาน ครอบครัว และชุมชน ซึ่งจะช่วยกระตุ้นให้พนักงานเก็บขนขยะมีพฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลที่ดีขึ้น
