บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพตามหลัก 3อ.2ส. ของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 317 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ทำการเก็บรวบรวมโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.892 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.876 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์อีตา (Eta) สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Pearson’s Correlation) ถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple regression) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.0 และผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พบว่า ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร และปัจจัยระดับสังคมภาพรวมส่งผลต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพตามหลัก 3อ.2ส. ของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดปทุมธานี สามารถร่วมทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพตามหลัก 3อ.2ส. ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ร้อยละ 63.2 (R2=0.632) ดังนั้น สิ่งที่ควรดำเนินการ คือ
การสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในครอบครัว เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขกับผู้สูงอายุ เน้นพัฒนาทักษะการเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ เลือกสื่อสุขภาพออนไลน์และฝึกการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพให้คำแนะนำเพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุมีสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี
