ผลของโปรแกรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวในนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอศรีเมืองใหม่ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษากึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว ในนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอศรีเมืองใหม่ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน และกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ 30 คน โดยกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว จำนวน 8 สัปดาห์ ส่วนกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ 30 คน ไม่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ ได้รับการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง ความคาดหวังในผลดี และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่น ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) มีค่าเท่ากับ 1, 1, 0.67 และ 0.67 ตามลำดับ มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.73, 0.75, 0.79 และ 0.72 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลลัพธ์การศึกษาภายในกลุ่มทดลอง ใช้สถิติ Paired sample t-test และระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ ใช้สถิติ Independent sample t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า หลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์มากกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ซึ่งการได้รับตัวแปรแทรกแซงในระหว่างการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ส่งผลให้ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคาดหวังในผลดีของการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่น และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นก่อนและหลังการทดลองภายในกลุ่มทดลองไม่แตกต่างกัน และภายในกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบน้อยกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ พบว่า หลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ความคาดหวังในผลดีของการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่น และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นมากกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) โดยบุคลากรทางด้านสาธารณสุข หรือครู สามารถนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปประยุกต์เป็นแนวปฏิบัติ เพื่อนำไปสู่การป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นได้อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต
