ปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นรูปแบบการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวน 1,255 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ จำนวน 167 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วนอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขแต่ละตำบล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์
เพียรสัน และการถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าภาพรวมระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร และการปฏิบัติงานป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.46 (S.D. = 0.37) และ 2.55 (S.D. = 0.25) ตามลำดับ โดยพบว่า ภาพรวมของปัจจัยทางการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ระดับปานกลางกับการปฏิบัติงานป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอหนองหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี (r = 0.609, p-value < 0.001) และพบว่าตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 3 ตัว ได้แก่ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และด้านงบประมาณ มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอ หนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานีได้ร้อยละ 37.0 (R2adj = 0.370, p-value < 0.001) หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำผลการศึกษาในการพัฒนาศักยภาพอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข และกระบวนการในการปฏิบัติงานควบคุมไข้เลือดออกได้อย่างเหมาะสมกับบริบทพื้นที่ และได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
