ประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานในกลุ่มเสี่ยง ตำบลหนองบัวฮี อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานในกลุ่มเสี่ยง ตำบลหนองบัวฮี อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เป็นการศึกษาเชิงกึ่งทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มเสี่ยงโรคเบาหวานที่มีอายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป ในพื้นที่ตำบลหนองบัวฮีและตำบลอ่างศิลา อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ในปี พ.ศ. 2563 คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Sample Size Calculators โดยกำหนดอำนาจทดสอบ 0.80
ค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.05 และขนาดความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรที่ 0.50 ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 80 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 40 คน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเป็นโรคเบาหวาน การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคเบาหวาน ประโยชน์ของการรักษาและป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน อุปสรรคในการป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเบาหวานและระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดก่อนและหลังการทดลองภาย ในกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม ด้วยสถิติ Paired t-test และก่อนและหลังการทดลองระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองกับกลุ่มควบคุม ด้วยสถิติ Independent t-test ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ P-value < 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเป็นโรคเบาหวาน ความรุนแรงของโรคเบาหวาน ประโยชน์ของการรักษาและป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน อุปสรรคในการป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเบาหวานด้านการรับประทานอาหาร ด้านการออกกำลังกาย และด้านการผ่อนคลายความเครียดสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองและสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ ส่วนระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดลดลงสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ P-value < 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานในกลุ่มเสี่ยง ดังนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนในเรื่องการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพกระตุ้นเตือนติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่องนำไปสู่การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานในกลุ่มเสี่ยงที่ถูกต้อง และควรนำไปทดสอบประสิทธิผลให้มีความเหมาะสมกับบริบทพื้นที่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพป้องกันโรคเบาหวานในกลุ่มเสี่ยงต่อไป
