บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมจัดการข้อมูลสุขภาพ สำหรับสถานประกอบกิจการผลิตเส้นใยสังเคราะห์และเม็ดพลาสติกแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้โปรแกรม ขั้นตอนการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์ปัญหา 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมและทดลองใช้ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้โปรแกรม และ 4) ปรับปรุงโปรแกรม พัฒนาโปรแกรมบนโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์เอ็กเซล (Microsoft Excel) และเขียนคำสั่งด้วยภาษา Visual Basic for Application (VBA) โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลผู้ใช้โปรแกรม 2) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลสุขภาพ 3) รายงานข้อมูลสุขภาพ โปรแกรมสามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลสุขภาพในปัจจุบันและอดีตได้อย่างเป็นระบบ วิเคราะห์ ประมวลและแปลผลข้อมูลสุขภาพได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว รวมทั้งแสดงรายงานข้อมูลสุขภาพทั้งแบบภาพรวมของสถานประกอบกิจการและแบบรายบุคคล นำเสนอข้อมูลจำนวน ค่าเฉลี่ย ในรูปแบบตารางและกราฟ ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ด้วยแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความปลอดภัย เนื้อหาและประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรม ในตัวอย่าง 3 กลุ่ม พบว่า 1) กลุ่มพนักงานที่รับผิดชอบบันทึกข้อมูลสุขภาพ จำนวน 7 คน 2) กลุ่มพนักงานระดับบริหารที่ใช้รายงานข้อมูลสุขภาพแบบภาพรวม จำนวน 17 คน และ 3) กลุ่มพนักงานที่ใช้ข้อมูลสุขภาพแบบรายบุคคล จำนวน 213 คน มีความพึงพอใจทุกด้านในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมนี้เป็นที่พึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ มีความปลอดภัย มีเนื้อหาที่ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้และมีประสิทธิภาพสามารถนำมาใช้บันทึกและจัดการข้อมูลสุขภาพของสถานประกอบกิจการแห่งนี้ได้จริง
