ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมของประชากรวัยทำงาน เพื่อรองรับสังคมสูงวัย ในเขตอำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์

บทคัดย่อ
การเตรียมความพร้อมในการรองรับสังคมสูงวัยเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญของประชากรวัยทำงานที่จะต้องมีการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุในด้านต่าง ๆ อย่างมีคุณภาพ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมของประชากรวัยทำงานเพื่อรองรับสังคมสูงวัยในเขตอำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางดำเนินการในกลุ่มประชากรที่มีอายุ 40 - 59 ปี จำนวน 330 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมของประชากรวัยทำงานเพื่อรองรับสังคมสูงวัยฯ โดยใช้สถิติถดถอยโลจิสติกพหุตัวแปร (ช่วงความเชื่อมั่น 95% CI และ P-value < .05) นำเสนอโดยใช้ค่า Adjusted Odds Ratio (ORadj) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการรับรู้ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับสังคมสูงวัย อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 95.2 มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับสังคมสูงวัย อยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ 97.0 และมีการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับสังคมสูงวัย อยู่ในระดับไม่มีความพร้อม ร้อยละ 70.9 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P-value < .05) ได้แก่ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และการรับรู้ โดยประชากร
ที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนมากกว่า 3,000 บาท และมีการรับรู้อยู่ในระดับดี มีการเตรียมความพร้อมได้ดีกว่า 2.88 เท่า (ORadj = 2.88, 95% CI : 1.40 - 4.16) และ 8.21 เท่า (ORadj = 8.21, 95% CI: 1.00 - 17.54) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับประชากรที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 3,000 บาท และมีการรับรู้ระดับปานกลาง ดังนั้น ควรส่งเสริมให้ประชากรวัยทำงานมีรายได้ที่มั่นคง ส่งเสริมทักษะด้านอาชีพ สร้างรายได้ ทำบัญชีรายรับรายจ่าย และรู้จักออม ตลอดจนสร้างการรับรู้ให้กับประชาชนทุกกลุ่มวัย เพื่อให้เกิดความตระหนักนำไปสู่การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับสังคมสูงวัยมากขึ้น
