การใช้ทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนในการทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัย ของกลุ่มชายที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์กับชายในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนในการทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัย ในกลุ่มชายที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์กับชาย ภาคเหนือตอนบน จำนวน 342 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาจากวิธีการสุ่มแบบ Convenience Sampling และ Snow ball sampling เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่วิจัยพัฒนาเองจากทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผน มีค่าการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเชิงเนื้อหาทุกข้อคำถาม ระหว่าง 0.6 - 1.0 และมีค่าความเที่ยงของเนื้อหา
ของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.82 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ และสถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจีสติก พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุเฉลี่ย 27.9 ปี มีพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยสม่ำเสมอ ร้อยละ 49.7 ผลการศึกษา พบว่าทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัย (r = 0.6, p-value < 0.001) โดยสามารถทำนายความตั้งใจในการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยได้ ร้อยละ 36 (R2 = 0.36) และสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัย ร้อยละ 21 (R2 = 0.21) ดังนั้นในปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยควรมีการออกนโยบายหรือพัฒนาโปรแกรมที่เน้นสร้างความตั้งใจในการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยมากกว่าการให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเท่านั้น
