บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการเข้าถึงระบบบริการสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์ต่อการเข้าถึงระบบบริการสุขภาพด้านการป้องกันควบคุมโรคของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อนุญาตให้ทำงานในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือแรงงานที่มีการลงทะเบียนและอนุญาตให้ทำงานในราชอาณาจักร 3 สัญชาติ ได้แก่ สัญชาติกัมพูชา ลาว และเมียนมา จำนวน 403 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไป โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์ต่อการเข้าถึงระบบบริการสุขภาพฯ ใช้สถิติการถดถอยโลจิสติก ที่ระดับ p-value < 0.05 การศึกษาพบว่า การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ทำงานในกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเข้าถึงระบบบริการสุขภาพด้านการป้องกันควบคุมโรคของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อนุญาตให้ทำงานในกรุงเทพมหานครในระดับสูงกว่า ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการเข้าใจภาษาไทยระดับมาก (ORadj=2.14, 95%CI=1.42-4.12) และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยในประเทศไทยมากกว่า 1 ปี (ORadj=3.71, 95%CI=1.83-6.58)
