ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 อำเภอเมืองอุบลราชธานี จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบตัดขวางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 อำเภอเมืองอุบลราชธานี จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อสม. อำเภอเมืองอุบลราชธานี จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 428 คน ได้จากวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของคอนบาค ระหว่าง 0.73–0.80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมานโดยใช้สถิติถดถอยพหุโลจิสติก (Multiple logistic regression) นำเสนอผลค่า Adjusted odds ratio (ORadj) ช่วงเชื่อมั่น 95%CI กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเรื่องโรคโควิด-19 อยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 56.8 มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี ร้อยละ 68.2 และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิต อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ได้แก่ เพศ (ORadj=0.34, 95% CI: 0.16 – 0.90) การรับรู้บทบาทของ อสม. (ORadj=3.01, 95% CI: 1.65-5.51) และแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน (ORadj=4.25, 95% CI: 2.60 – 6.93) ดังนั้น ควรมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของ อสม. โดยส่งเสริมการรับรู้บทบาทและแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับการปฏิบัติในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคอุบัติใหม่หรือโรคอุบัติซ้ำต่อไป
