Factors affecting the intention to transfer missions of personnel in Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals to the Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to study the level of intention to transfer missions and factors affecting the level of intention to transfer missions of personnel at Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals to the Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO). The sample consisted of 210 people, through Multi-stage sampling. The reliability value of the whole questionnaire was 0.96 and the reliability values of each part of the questionnaire were between 0.929 - 0.948. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the exhibited a moderate level of intention to transfer missions in Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals to the Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization, and the factors affecting the intention to transfer missions to the Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization, including, such as job positions,  policy and management, methods of governance or work supervision the personal prospects of job achievement and advancement opportunities. These factors predict 59.60 % of the variation of intention to transfer missions.
