บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายการดำเนินงาน ด้านการป้องกันการจมน้ำของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ในเจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเขตสุขภาพที่ 9 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานป้องกันการจมน้ำของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเขตสุขภาพที่ 9 จำนวน 335 คน ได้จากการคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากร สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน แห่งละ 1 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วนของประชากร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ถึง พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2566 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาโดยรายงานความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายด้วยการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% โดยวิธีนำตัวแปรเข้าทั้งหมด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยการสนับสนุนจากองค์กร และการดำเนินงานด้านการป้องกันการจมน้ำในเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ในกลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตสุขภาพที่ 9 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.57 (S.D. = 0.63), 4.55 (S.D. = 0.70) และ 26.14 (S.D. = 3.54) ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยทำนายการดำเนินงานป้องกันการจมน้ำของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งเจ้าพนักงานสาธารณสุข แรงจูงใจ การสนับสนุนจากองค์กร ตำแหน่งพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และตำแหน่งนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข ปัจจัยเหล่านี้ร่วมกันทำนายการดำเนินงานป้องกันการจมน้ำของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ในกลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตสุขภาพที่ 9 ได้ร้อยละ 38.0
