The mixture of garlic and galangal ethanol extracts had the strong inhibition zone and great minimal inhibitory concentration. Six vaginal tablets formulations were prepared using wet granulation and then weight variation, thickness, hardness, friability, and dissolution were evaluated based on the USP35/NF30. Formulation consisting of microcrystalline cellulose PH102 and lactose as a diluent and acacia as a binder suite for in vaginal tablet. Therefore, it is possible to develop anticandidal medicine for decreases prescription drug price in other countries, decrease clotrimazole resistance, and increase Thai medicinal herb value.
