การปลูกพืชหมุนเวียนทางการเกษตรต้องใช้สารเคมีกำจัดแมลงในหลายขั้นตอนส่งผลให้เกษตรกรมีโอกาสรับสัมผัสสารเคมีอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะสารที่ออกฤทธิ์ยับยั้งเอนไซม์โคลีนเอสเทอเรส ซึ่งการลดลงของระดับเอนไซม์ในเลือดถือเป็นตัวชี้วัดทางชีวภาพที่สำคัญของการได้รับสัมผัสและความเสี่ยงต่อผลกระทบทางสุขภาพ การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับเอนไซม์โคลีนเอสเทอเรสในเลือดจากการรับสัมผัสสารเคมีกำจัดแมลงของเกษตรกรปลูกพืชหมุนเวียน ตำบลบ้านสา อำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 281 คน เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงกันยายน 2568 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ความรู้ เจตคติ และพฤติกรรมด้านการเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคจากสารเคมีกำจัดแมลง และการตรวจระดับเอนไซม์โคลีนเอสเทอเรสในเลือดโดยใช้กระดาษทดสอบโคลีนเอสเทอเรส วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้วยสถิติ Spearman’s rank correlation, Chi-squared test และการถดถอยลอจิสติกแบบอันดับ ผลการศึกษาพบปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับเอนไซม์โคลีนเอสเทอเรสในเลือด 9 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ดัชนีมวลกาย การทำความสะอาดร่างกายหลังเลิกงาน ปริมาณการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดแมลง ระยะเวลาทำงานเฉลี่ยต่อสัปดาห์ ประสบการณ์ทางการเกษตร และระดับพฤติกรรมการเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกัน และควบคุมโรค จากสารเคมีกำจัดแมลง โดยมี 4 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ เพศ (Adjusted OR=0.52, 95% CI=0.28-0.95) ดัชนีมวลกาย (Adjusted OR=0.88, 95% CI=0.81-0.96) การทำความสะอาดร่างกายหลังเลิกงาน (Adjusted OR=0.31, 95% CI=0.14-0.71) และปริมาณการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดแมลง (Adjusted OR=1.28, 95% CI=1.02-1.60) ผลการศึกษาสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในการวางแผนและกำหนดมาตรการด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยลดความเสี่ยงจากการรับสัมผัสสารเคมีกำจัดแมลง
