ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 โรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ จังหวัดชุมพร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ จังหวัดชุมพร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่มารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ จังหวัดชุมพร ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2567 จำนวน 249 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริม และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปที่เป็นตัวแปรกลุ่มกับระดับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ (ต่ำ ปานกลาง และสูง) ใช้สถิติไคกำลังสอง (Chi-squared test) ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนปัจจัยนำ คะแนนปัจจัยเอื้อ คะแนนปัจจัยเสริม และคะแนนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในการควบคุมโรคเบาหวานอยู่ในระดับต่ำ นอกจากนี้ คะแนนปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริม มีความสัมพันธ์กับคะแนนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยการรับรู้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลาง (r=0.42, 95% CI=0.25-0.55) การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการควบคุมโรคเบาหวานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับค่อนข้างสูง (r=0.54, 95% CI=0.32-0.62) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลาง (r=0.50, 95% CI=0.35-0.65) และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับค่อนข้างสูง (r=0.57, 95% CI=0.30-0.65) ผลการวิจัยนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับการวางแผนส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 โดยมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมความรู้ การพัฒนาการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง การเพิ่มการเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อออกแบบแนวทางการดูแลที่เหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วยและประชาชนทั่วไป
