ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิต: แนวคิดและการประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในผู้สูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวคิดและการประยุกต์ใช้ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตสำหรับการป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในผู้สูงอายุ
วิธีการ สืบค้นงานวิจัยและวรรณกรรมจากฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทั้งในระดับนานาชาติ คือ PubMed และ Scopus และระดับชาติ คือ Thai-Journal Citation Index (TCI) ที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในช่วง 10 ปีที่ผ่านมา (พ.ศ. 2553-2562) โดยใช้คำสำคัญในการค้นหา คือ “ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิต” และ “ผู้สูงอายุ” โดยเน้นงานวิจัยประเภทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวคิดและการประยุกต์ใช้ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตสำหรับการป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในผู้สูงอายุ
ผลการศึกษา ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิต ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) ความสามารถของบุคคลในการรับรู้ความผิดปกติหรือความทุกข์ทางจิตใจประเภทต่าง ๆ 2) ความรู้และความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยเสี่ยงและสาเหตุของความผิดปกติทางจิต 3) ความรู้และความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการช่วยเหลือตนเอง 4) ความรู้และความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการแสวงหาความช่วยเหลือจากบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพ 5) ทัศนคติที่เอื้อต่อการรับรู้และการแสวงหาความช่วยเหลือที่เหมาะสม และ 6) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการค้นหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพจิต มีการศึกษาวิจัยจำนวนน้อยและมีหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ที่จำกัดที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิผลของการนำแนวคิดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตไปประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในผู้สูงอายุ
สรุป ควรมีการศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของการนำแนวคิดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตไปใช้สำหรับการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพจิต และจัดทำโปรแกรมเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในผู้สูงอายุต่อไป
