บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการป้องกันการกลับไปเสพซ้ำร่วมกับเสริมแรงจูงใจรายบุคคล ในผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ใช้สารเสพติด


          วัสดุและวิธีการ: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองชนิด 2 กลุ่ม แบบวัดซ้ำกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ใช้สารเสพติดที่กลับเข้ารับการรักษาซ้ำใน 28 วัน จำนวน 76 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 38 คนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ ระยะเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ รวม 6 กิจกรรม จัดสัปดาห์ละ 3 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 45-60 นาที และกลุ่มควบคุม 38 คน ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ วัดผลก่อน - หลังทดลองทันทีและระยะติดตามผลสัปดาห์ที่ 1 และ 4 หลังจำหน่าย โดยใช้แบบวัดความตั้งใจในการป้องกันการติดซ้ำ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมป้องกันยาเสพติดและ TLFB เก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่ 14 ตุลาคม 2568 – 31 มีนาคม 2569 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ไคสแควร์ และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ


            ผล: กลุ่มทดลองมีความตั้งใจในการป้องกันตนเองจากการเสพซ้ำ (F(1.368, 49.253) =1286.118, p < .05, partial η² = 0.973) และมีพฤติกรรมป้องกันยาเสพติด (F(1.732, 62.356) = 632.360, p < .05, partial η² = 0.946) ดีกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม นอกจากนี้กลุ่มทดลองมีอัตราการกลับมาเสพซ้ำภายใน 7 วัน และ 30 วัน น้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < .05) รวมทั้งมีอัตราการเข้ารับการรักษาซ้ำในโรงพยาบาลใน 28 วันน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05


            สรุป: โปรแกรมป้องกันการเสพซ้ำฯ มีประสิทธิผลในการป้องกันการกลับไปเสพซ้ำและการกลับเข้ารับการรักษาซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ใช้สารเสพติด
