บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพจิตและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุ เขตสุขภาพที่ 1
วิธีการ: การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ ใน 8 จังหวัด ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 1 ได้แก่ เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย พะเยา ลำพูน ลำปาง แพร่ น่าน และจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน จำนวน 480 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multi-stage cluster sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบคัดกรองซึมเศร้า(2Q) แบบประเมินความเข้มแข็งทางใจฉบับ 3 ข้อ และแบบประเมินภาวะสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุ ฉบับสั้น (T-GMHA-15) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา หาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติไคว์สแควร์ และความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Anova)
ผล : กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุเขตสุขภาพที่ 1 ร้อยละ 44.8 มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตของดีกว่าคนทั่วไปรองลงมามีสุขภาพจิตเท่ากับคนทั่วไป ร้อยละ 39.4 โดยมีองค์ประกอบด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุน เป็นองค์ประกอบที่ผู้สูงอายุได้รับสนับสนุนในระดับมากที่สุดโดยเฉพาะการสนับสนุนของครอบครัว โดย “ครอบครัวของท่านมีความรักควา มผูกพัน” ร้อยละ 52.5“ถ้าท่านป่วยท่านมั่นใจว่าสมาชิกใน
ครอบครัวจะดูแลท่านเป็นอย่างดี” ร้อยละ 54.8 และ “สมาชิกครอบครัวให้ความช่วยเหลือท่าน” ร้อยละ56.5 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุ ด้านปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุอาชีพและการมี โรคประจำตัวโดยอายุ 60-69 ปี มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตดีกว่าคนทั่วไป ร้อยละ 56.1อาชีพที่มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตดีกว่าคนทั่วไป ได้แก่เกษตรกร ร้อยละ64.2 รับจ้าง ร้อยละ63.9 ธุรกิจส่วนตัวร้อยละ62.7 การมีโรคประจำตัวส่งผลต่อภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุโดยโรคความดัน
โลหิตสูงมีภาวะสุขภาพจิตดีกว่าคนทั่วไป มากกว่าโรคประจำตัวอื่น ร้อยละ58.3 ส่วนปัจจัยด้าน เพศ
อาชีพ รายได้ ความเพียงพอของรายได้การพักอาศัยไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุ นอกจากนี้ภาวะซึมเศร้าและความเข้มแข็งทางใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุ
สรุป : การส่งเสริมภาวะสุขภาพจิตให้กับผู้สูงอายุควรส่งเสริมด้านการสนับสนุนของครอบครัว
การมีสุขภาพดี มีอาชีพ มีความเข้มแข็งทางใจ และการลดความเสี่ยงการเกิดภาวะซึมเศร้า
