ภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน: การพยาบาลและมุมมองด้านชีวภาพ

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานส่วนใหญ่มุ่งเน้นด้านจิตใจและสังคม มากกว่าด้านชีวภาพ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้พยาบาลจิตเวชได้ศึกษาสาเหตุและกลไกทางชีวภาพที่นำไปสู่ภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน และการพยาบาล เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยดีขึ้น
ภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางชีวภาพ ได้แก่ การเพิ่มขึ้นของอัตราการเต้นของหัวใจและความดันโลหิต การเพิ่มสูงขึ้นของฮอร์โมนคอร์ติซอลที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานของเซโรโทนิน ทำให้ความสามารถในการทนต่อความเครียดลดลง ด้านพันธุศาสตร์พบว่า ยีนที่ควบคุมการทำงานของสารสื่อประสาทมีบทบาทสำคัญในการควบคุมอารมณ์และความสามารถในการจัดการความเครียดมีผลต่อการเกิดภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน พยาบาลจิตเวชควรให้การพยาบาลที่ครอบคลุมทั้ง 4 มิติ ได้แก่ การส่งเสริม ป้องกัน บำบัดรักษา และฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ
ภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่มักถูกมองข้าม เนื่องจากความเข้าใจปัจจัยทางชีวภาพที่ยังไม่ชัดเจน พยาบาลจิตเวชจึงควรประเมินสาเหตุและปัจจัยทางชีวภาพ รวมถึงให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของฮอร์โมน ระบบสมอง ระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน และแบบแผนการนอน พร้อมติดตามผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง
