บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยา ความต้องการพื้นฐานทางจิต และสุขภาวะทางจิต และเพื่อศึกษาความสามารถของปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยาและความต้องการพื้นฐานทางจิตในการทำนายสุขภาวะทางจิตของผู้ดูแลแบบไม่เป็นทางการวัยผู้ใหญ่ที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง
วิธีการ: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ในกลุ่มผู้ดูแลแบบไม่เป็นทางการวัยผู้ใหญ่ที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง 175 คน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามอิทธิพลของทุนทางจิตวิทยาต่อสุขภาวะทางจิตในผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบขั้นตอนระดับลดหลั่น
ผล: แบบจำลองแรก ปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยาสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนสุขภาวะทางจิตได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม แบบจำลองที่สองเพิ่มตัวแปรความต้องการพื้นฐานทางจิตเข้าในสมการทำนาย พบว่าปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยาไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยลดลง แสดงให้เห็นว่าความต้องการพื้นฐานทางจิตเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยาและสุขภาวะทางจิต
สรุป: ปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยามีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อสุขภาวะทางจิตของผู้ดูแลแบบไม่เป็นทางการที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง เมื่อพิจารณาความต้องการพื้นฐานทางจิต พบว่าความต้องการเหล่านี้เป็นตัวกลางในความสัมพันธ์ ทำให้ค่าอิทธิพลทางตรงของปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยาที่มีต่อสุขภาวะทางจิตลดลง การนำไปใช้จึงควรพิจารณาความสำคัญของตัวแปรความต้องการพื้นฐานทางจิต (ความต้องการมีความสามารถ ความต้องการมีอิสระแห่งตน และความต้องการมีสัมพันธภาพกับผู้อื่น) ควบคู่ไปกับการส่งเสริมทุนทางจิตวิทยาเพื่อเพิ่มสุขภาวะทางจิตของผู้ดูแลฯ
