บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้การถูกตีตราของผู้ติดแอมเฟตามีนที่กำลังเข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยขั้นฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ประวัติการใช้ยาเสพติด ประวัติการมีคดียาเสพติด ข้อมูลการมีงานทำ กับการรับรู้การถูกตีตรา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีผู้เข้าเกณฑ์การวินิจฉัยโรคตามระบบ ICD-10 จำนวน 90 ราย การรับรู้การถูกตีตราในระดับน้อย รองลงมา คือการรับรู้การถูกตีตราในระดับปานกลาง วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับการรับรู้การถูกตีตราของผู้ติดแอมเฟตามีน พบว่าปัจจัยปริมาณในการใช้แอมเฟตามีนต่อวัน มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับการรับรู้การถูกตีตราของผู้ติดแอมเฟตามีน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.05 (P - value = 0.031) แต่ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัย เพศ, อายุ, สถานภาพสมรส, ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด, รายได้ต่อเดือน, ระยะเวลาในการอยู่ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ, ระยะเวลาในการใช้แอมเฟตามีน, ความถี่ในการใช้แอมเฟตามีน, ประวัติการใช้ยาหรือสารเสพติดอื่นร่วม, เคยใช้ยาบ้าชนิดฉีด, ประวัติการมีคดียาเสพติด และข้อมูลการมีงานทำ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับการรับรู้การถูกตีตราของผู้ติดแอมเฟตามีน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.05
