บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่ออธิบายทักษะชีวิตในทำงานของบุคคลที่เคยเป็นเยาวชนในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน
วัสดุและวิธีการ : งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบกรณีศึกษา เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ด้วยข้อคำถามกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ บุคคลที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป ที่เคยเป็นเยาวชนในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน เขต 7 จังหวัดเชียงใหม่และมีงานทำอย่างต่อเนื่องเกิน 3 ปี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 6 ราย และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผล : ทักษะชีวิตในทำงานที่สำคัญของบุคคลที่เคยเป็นเยาวชนในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน ทั้งช่วงก่อนทำงาน และหลังจากมีงานทำแล้ว ประกอบไปด้วย 4 ทักษะสำคัญ คือ 1) การเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 2) การสร้างสัมพันธภาพอันดีกับผู้อื่น 3) การแก้ไขปัญหา และ 4) การเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง
สรุป : ทักษะชีวิตในการทำงานที่สำคัญ ช่วยให้บุคคลสามารถหางานได้ มีงานทำ ประกอบอาชีพต่อเนื่อง ใช้ชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างปกติสุขและไม่กลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำอีก
