ความสอดคล้องระหว่าง ST-5 และ 9Q ในผู้ที่กักตัวตามมาตรการกักตัวแห่งรัฐจากโรคโคโรนาไวรัส (โควิด-19)

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนรวมแบบวัดความเครียดฉบับศรีธัญญา (Srithanya Stress Scale: ST-5) และแบบคัดกรองโรคซึมเศร้าด้วย 9 คำถาม (9Q) ในผู้ที่กักตัวตามมาตรการกักตัวแห่งรัฐ (State Quarantine)ของประเทศไทย ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๓ ถึง มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๔
วิธีการ: ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิของกรมสุขภาพจิตได้แก่ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ คะแนน ST-5, 2Q,9Q และ 8Q วิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ค่าความสอดคล้องภายในของST-5 ระหว่างกลุ่มอายุ ค่า Intraclass correlation (ICC), binary correlation ระหว่าง ST-5 กับ 2Q,9Q และ8Q
ผล: มีข้อมูลผู้กักตัวตอบแบบสอบถามครั้งแรกจำนวน 49,809 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นหญิง(ร้อยละ 58.3) อายุเฉลี่ย 36.9 ปี คะแนนเฉลี่ย ST-5, 9Q และ 8Q คือ 2.3± 2.3 และ0.8±2.5, 0.1±1.3 ตามลำดับ ค่า CITC ของ ST-5 มีค่าระหว่าง 0.43- 0.63 Intraclass correlation (95%CI) ระหว่าง ST-5 & 2Q, ST-5 &9Q, ST-5& 8Q คือ 0.34 (0.33, 0.36), 0.75 (0.75,0.76) และ 0.34 (0.33,0.35) ตามลำดับ ค่า Binary correlation’s coefficient มีค่าระหว่าง 0.24 ถึง 0.61 วิเคราะห์คะแนนช่วงคะแนน ST-5 จำแนกตาม9Q ได้ค่า
สรุป: แบบวัดความเครียดฉบับศรีธัญญา (ST-5) มีความเที่ยงใกล้เคียงกันทุกกลุ่มอายุ (ตั้งแต่12- 93 ปี) และมีคะแนนรวมความสอดคล้องในระดับดีกับคะแนนรวมของแบบคัดกรองโรคซึมเศร้า (9Q) ดังนั้น ST-5 สามารถเป็นเครื่องมือคัดกรองได้ทั้งความเครียดและอาการซึมเศร้า
