บทคัดย่อ
พฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เป็นปัญหาทางสังคมและสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญที่พบมากขึ้นในวัยรุ่น ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบทั้งต่อตัววัยรุ่น ครอบครัว ชุมชน สังคม และระบบเศรษฐกิจของประเทศชาติ บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และแนวทางป้องกันการดื่มของวัยรุ่น โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดปัจจัยทางสังคมกำหนดสุขภาพ พบว่า ปัจจัยทางสังคมกำหนดสุขภาพ ทั้ง 5 ด้าน สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และแนวทางป้องกันการดื่มของวัยรุ่น ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยด้านอายุ เพศ และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ควรให้ความสำคัญกับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 14 ปี และเน้นในเพศชาย 2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลักษณะการดำเนินชีวิต ควรให้ความรู้และปรับทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ 3) เครือข่ายทางสังคมและชุมชน โดยพ่อแม่ควรเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีและมีการกำกับติดตามพฤติกรรมของลูกวัยรุ่น 4) เงื่อนไขการดำรงชีวิตและการทำงาน สถานศึกษาควรมีระบบในการคัดกรองและติดตามนักเรียนที่มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง และ 5) เงื่อนไขสถานะทางเศรษฐกิจสังคม วัฒนธรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อม ชุมชนควรให้ความสำคัญและปฏิบัติตาม พรบ. ควบคุมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของวัยรุ่นอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยปัจจัยและแนวทางทั้ง 5 ด้าน จะนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของวัยรุ่นที่ เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
