บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยจิตเภทโดยชุมชนเป็นฐานต่อแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน
วัสดุวิธีการ: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลบ้านทำเนียบ อำเภอคีรีรัฐนิคม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 10 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เพื่อเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ เครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพของโรคจิตเภท และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยจิตเภท เก็บข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการได้รับโปรแกรมฯ ระหว่างเดือนเมษายน ถึงพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2565 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติ Paired t-test
ผล: ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ คะแนนเฉลี่ยแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพของโรคจิตเภท และคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
สรุป: โปรแกรมฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยจิตเภทโดยชุมชนเป็นฐาน อาจมีผลต่ออาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ให้มีความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพของโรคจิตเภทที่ถูกต้อง และสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมในการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยจิตเภท
