บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการฆ่าตัวตายในผู้ป่วยพยายามฆ่าตัวตายและผู้ฆ่าตัวตายสำเร็จที่รักษาในโรงพยาบาลสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
วัสดุและวิธีการ: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาโดยศึกษาข้อมูลย้อนหลังในผู้ป่วยที่พยายามฆ่าตัวตายและผู้ฆ่าตัวตายสำเร็จที่รับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลสันทรายตั้งแต่ 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2560 ถึง 30 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2563 เก็บข้อมูลจากเวชระเบียนและแบบสอบถามการเฝ้าระวังการพยายามทำร้ายตนเอง (รง 506 DS) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติ Multiple logistic regression
ผล: ผู้พยายามฆ่าตัวตายส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุน้อยกว่า 30ปี สถานภาพโสด อาชีพเกษตรกรรมหรือผู้ใช้แรงงาน เป็นโรคซึมเศร้า มีปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ ใช้วิธีการกินยาเกินขนาดมากที่สุด ผู้ฆ่าตัวตายสำเร็จส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุมากกว่า 50 ปี สถานะภาพคู่ อาชีพเกษตรกรรมหรือผู้ใช้แรงงาน เป็นโรคเรื้อรัง มีปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ ส่วนใหญ่ใช้วิธีผูกคอ ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการฆ่าตัวตายได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส อาชีพ การมีโรคเรื้อรังและวิธีการ ปัจจัยสัมพันธ์กับการฆ่าตัวตายสำเร็จอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติคือ อายุมากกว่า 50 ปี (95%CI+2.48-51.76, p-value=0.002) และวิธีการทำให้หายใจไม่ออก(95%CI=9.81-133.58, p-value<0.001)
สรุป: อายุมากกว่า 50 ปี และวิธีการทำให้หายใจไม่ออกเป็นปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการฆ่าตัวตายสำเร็จ
