The Prevalence and Factors Related to Depression in Patients with Diabetes in Sansai District Chiang Mai Province

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความชุก ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของการเกิดโรคซึมเศร้า และผลลัพธ์การคัดกรองภาวะซึมเศร้าในคลินิกเบาหวาน โรงพยาบาลสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
วัสดุและวิธีการ : การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาโดยการศึกษาข้อมูลย้อนหลังในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มโรคเบาหวาน ทั้งหมดที่เข้ามารับการรักษาในคลินิกเบาหวาน จากเวชระเบียนและทะเบียนผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าและ โรคเบาหวาน โรงพยาบาลสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2561 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2562
ผล: ความชุกของการเกิดโรคซึมเศร้าในผู้ป่วยเบาหวานเท่ากับร้อยละ 1.44 อายุเฉลี่ยของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานและผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่เป็นโรคซึมเศร้าเท่ากับ 62.5 และ 58.7ปี ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน และเบาหวานร่วมกับโรคซึมเศร้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ ไม่ได้เรียนหนังสือ มีอาชีพรับจ้าง และผู้ป่วยเบาหวานร่วมกับโรคซึมเศร้าส่วนใหญ่มีโรคร่วม 1 โรค
สรุป : เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างในแต่ปัจจัย ระหว่างผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน กับ ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่เป็นโรคซึมเศร้า พบว่า ไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P value > 0.05) ทั้งปัจจัยเรื่อง อายุ, เพศ, สถานภาพสมรส , การศึกษา , อาชีพ, สิทธิการรักษา และโรคร่วม
