ผลของการใช้แบบประเมิน Pharmacy mental status examination (PMSE) ในผู้ป่วยจิตเภท

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมาพบแพทย์ก่อนนัดเนื่องจากอาการกำเริบซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ระหว่างการใช้แบบประเมิน PMSE กับการประเมินแบบปกติคือการตรวจสภาพทางจิต
วัสดุและวิธีการ การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่มารับยาเดิมที่โรงพยาบาลชัยนาทนเรนทร ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม - มิถุนายน 2561 จำนวน 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบประเมินPMSE วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ สถิติ Chi-square และ Fisher’s exact
ผลการวิจัย การใช้แบบประเมิน PMSE เปรียบเทียบกับการประเมินแบบปกติคือการตรวจสภาพทางจิตพบว่าครั้งที่ 1 การประเมินแบบปกติห้ปรับยาร้อยละ 0.79 การประเมิน PMSE ให้ปรับยาร้อยละ 8.73 ครั้งที่ 2 การประเมินแบบปกติให้ปรับยาร้อยละ 0.79 การประเมิน PMSE ให้ปรับยาร้อยละ 7.94 ครั้งที่ 3 การประเมินแบบปกติให้รับยาร้อยละ 0.79 การประเมิน PMSE ให้ปรับยาร้อยละ 7.94 เมื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของการประเมินผู้ป่วยจิตเภทแบบปกติและการใช้แบบประเมิน PMSE กับการพบแพทย์ก่อนนัดเมื่อเกิดอาการกำเริบซ้ำ พบว่าผลการประเมินอาการผู้ป่วยจิตเภทโดยใช้แบบประเมิน PMSE กับการมาพบแพทย์ก่อนนัดด้วยอาการกำเริบซ้ำมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.01
สรุป การใช้แบบประเมิน PMSE สามารถประเมินการมาพบแพทย์ก่อนนัดด้วยอาการกำเริบซ้ำของผู้ป่วยได้ใกล้เคียงกว่าการประเมินโดยวิธีปกติ
