บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: ศึกษาระดับภาวะซึมเศร้า ความวิตกกังวล ความเครียด ความพิการ และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับสุขภาพจิตในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบหรืออุดตัน


วัสดุและวิธีการ: การศึกษาเชิงสำรวจในผู้ป่วย 100 คน ที่ห้องตรวจเบอร์ 21 แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ (ตุลาคม 2567 - กันยายน 2568) ใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินภาวะสุขภาพจิต (DASS-21) และแบบประเมินความพิการ (Modified Rankin Scale) วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ Binary Logistic Regression (p < .05)


ผล: ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย (55%) อายุมัธยฐาน 64 ปี ความชุกของปัญหาสุขภาพจิต ได้แก่ ความวิตกกังวล 45% ความเครียด 21% และภาวะซึมเศร้า 19% ผู้ป่วย 48% มีความพิการระดับไม่มีหรือเล็กน้อย เพศหญิงมีโอกาสเกิดภาวะซึมเศร้าสูงกว่าเพศชาย 13.59 เท่า (p < .05) และผู้ป่วยที่มีความพิการระดับมาก/รุนแรงมีโอกาสเกิดความเครียดสูงกว่า 23.19 เท่า (p < .05)


สรุป: ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองมีความชุกของความวิตกกังวลสูง โดยเฉพาะเพศหญิง ระดับความพิการสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพจิต ดังนั้นควรคัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพจิต
