บทคัดย่อ

การฝึกสติได้ถูกนำมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการบำบัดรักษาทางจิตใจแก่ผู้ป่วย ทำให้จิตบำบัดด้วยการฝึกสติกลายเป็นคลื่นลูกที่ 3 ของ Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) ซึ่งมีงานวิจัยจำนวนมากแสดงให้เห็นว่า การฝึกสติส่งผลดีต่อความสำเร็จของกระบวนการบำบัดหลายด้าน


บทความฉบับนี้เป็นการทบทวนวรรณกรรมงานวิจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความหมายของการฝึกสติและการฝึกสติในกระบวนการจิตบำบัด ประโยชน์ของการฝึกสติต่อผู้รับการบำบัดทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ ประโยชน์ของการฝึกสติต่อผู้บำบัดในด้านทักษะการให้คำปรึกษา รวมไปถึงแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้การฝึกสติในการทำจิตบำบัดต่อไปในอนาคต


การฝึกสติมีประโยชน์ต่อจิตบำบัด และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการฝึกฝนทักษะในกระบวนการจิตบำบัดของนักจิตบำบัด หากมีวิธีการที่เป็นระบบมากขึ้น อาจทำให้เกิดการรวมเอาการฝึกสติเข้าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการพัฒนานักจิตบำบัดในอนาคตต่อไป
