Factors related to five Dimensional Happiness, in elderly, Mueang district, Chaingrai province.

Abstract
This research aims to study the related factors to five Dimensional Happiness in elderly. The samples consisted of subdistricts and community elderly club members (over 60 years old) in Muang district, Chiang Rai province. The sample size of 200 persons were collected using the evaluation form Quality of Life and Mental Health Measurement of Department of Mental Health and Depart of Health Ministry of Public Health.
The results showed that 1)The most of sample were males (59.5%) with an average age of 67.3 years. 2)The health dimension was high level (67.0%). The recreation dimension (Quality of life) was moderate level (78.0%). The integrity dimension(self-esteem) was moderate level (75.5%). The cognition dimension (Dementia screening) was normal level (100%) and the mental health dimension was higher than general population of 48.5%. 3)The related factors with the health dimension were age, frequency of the meditation, Gout disease, and Gastritis disease (p<0.001, p=0.032, p=0.031, p=0.001 respectively). The significantly related factors with the recreation dimension (Quality of life) were sex, self-sufficiency income, and smoking (p=0.039, p=0.041, p=0.016 respectively). The significantly related factors with the integrity dimension (self-esteem) were self-sufficiency income, the exercise, the meditation (p=0.003, p=0.045, p=0.034 respectively). The related factors of the mental health were the meditation, the prayer, and the suffer from peptic ulcer (p=0.013, p=0.021, p=0.004 respectively)(P < 0.05).
