Benefits of Mindfulness in Psychotherapy

Abstract

This article is a review of several studies related to the meaning of mindfulness training and mindfulness training in psychotherapy, the benefits of mindfulness training for clients in terms of physical and mental health, the benefits of mindfulness training for therapists in terms of counseling skills, and future applications of mindfulness training in psychotherapy.
