Abstract

อาจารย์ใหญ่ยุคใหม่ เป็นการเก็บรักษาอวัยวะไม่ให้เน่าโดยใช้วิธีการกำซาบด้วยสารพลาสติก (plastination) ซึ่งเป็นเทคนิคการรักษาเนื้อเยื่อหรือชิ้นส่วนทางชีวภาพไม่ให้เน่าแบบใหม่ที่นำมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนทางกายวิภาคศาสตร์ที่กำลังแพร่หลายอยู่ในหลายประเทศทั่วโลก รวมทั้งในประเทศไทยอยู่ในขณะนี้ ปัจจุบันภาควิชาวิภาคศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ประสานมิตร สามารถประดิษฐ์เครื่องมือ impregnation unit และผสมน้ำยาพลาสติกเพื่อใช้ในการเก็บรักษาอวัยวะด้วยวิธีการกำซาบด้วยสารพลาสติกได้เองและสำเร็จเป็นแห่งแรกในประเทศไทย โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีที่มีอยู่ในเมืองไทยและมีต้นทุนต่ำกว่าสั่งจากต่างประเทศถึง 20 เท่า The new cadavers are the specimens preserved by plastination technique. This technique is a new method of tissue preservation which is widely used in medical anatomy in many countries including Thailand. Recently, Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University successfullt developed the first department-made impregnation unit and some resins for plastination procedure in Thailand. By using the modern technology currenty availble in the country, the production cost is 20 times lower than those being imported from adroad.
