บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการจัดการผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจด้วยบอลลูนและใส่ขดลวด ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นรายงานต้นทุนต่อหน่วยบริการที่เกิดจากค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับบริการจำนวน 30 ราย ในระยะเวลา 1 ปี (1 มกราคม 2564 – 31 ธันวาคม 2564) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกค่าแรง ค่าวัสดุ และค่าลงทุนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้การจัดการจำนวน 20 หน่วยต้นทุนและผู้รับบริการจำนวน 30 ราย ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาค่า CVI เท่ากับ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา (จำนวน ความถี่ ร้อยละ อัตราส่วน)ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ต้นทุนรวมทั้งหมดของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจด้วยบอลลูนและใส่ขดลวดใน 1 ปี เท่ากับ 15,838,263.39 บาท เทียบกับสัดส่วน ต้นทุนค่าแรง : ค่าวัสดุ : ค่าลงทุน เท่ากับ ร้อยละ 80.95 : 18.02 : 1.03 (12,820,952.00 : 2,854,771.36 : 162,540.03) โดยต้นทุนต่อหน่วยเท่ากับ 321,946.51 บาท/ราย ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยมีความจำเป็นต้องวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนที่แท้จริงของทุก หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางให้แก่ผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละหน่วยต้นทุนของการจัดการ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจด้วยบอลลูนและใส่ขดลวดพิจารณาดำเนินการด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ในการวางแผนงบประมาณควรนำผลการผลการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจและการใส่ขดลวดไปประกอบการพิจารณาวางแผนบริหารจัดการงบประมาณอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพการจัดการต้นทุนและทรัพยากรในหน่วยงานต่อไป
