การวิเคราะห์และประเมินทฤษฎีการพยาบาล: กระบวนการและการประยุกต์ใช้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิเคราะห์และประเมินทฤษฎีการพยาบาลเป็นกระบวนการตรวจสอบทฤษฎีอย่างเป็นระบบเพื่อค้นหาประโยชน์ของทฤษฎีที่จะนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล การวิจัย การศึกษา และการบริหารการพยาบาล ตลอดจนตัดสินจุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนของทฤษฎี ความต้องการการพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุงทฤษฎีนั้นให้ดีขึ้น ซึ่งการปฏิบัติดังกล่าวมีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาลให้มีองค์ความรู้ใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่องพยาบาลซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพผ่านการตัดสินความมีคุณค่าของทฤษฎีการพยาบาล จึงควรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์และประเมินทฤษฎีการพยาบาลในประเด็นที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ลักษณะของทฤษฎี ชนิดของทฤษฎี กระบวนการวิเคราะห์และประเมินทฤษฎีการพยาบาล รวมทั้งตัวอย่างการวิเคราะห์และประเมินทฤษฎีการพยาบาล ส่งผลให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ชัดเจนสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
