Abstract

 The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic, and the national prevention scheme has affected
teaching and learning under social distancing measures. Thus, management in nursing education to prepare
nursing workforces for healthcare system as plan during the outbreak, is a challenging task for educational
institute worldwide including Thailand. In response to the "new normal" medical model, educational institute
must quickly adapt to the new environment. An online teaching pedagogy and blended learning method
has been applied as a main teaching and learning strategies under the pandemic circumstance to enable
students to meet the program learning outcomes.Therefore, this article aimed to present the teaching and
learning experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic of faculty of nursing, NaresuanUniversity in the topic of
teaching and learning factors management, online coursework management, online examination, and practicum blended learning management. This information could be used as the empirical evidence to apply and develop a better quality of nursing teaching and learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic or in the future
