การบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัส โคโรนา 2019: กรณีศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

บทคัดย่อ
สถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) และมาตรการป้องกันโรคของประเทศ ส่งผลให้ต้องมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนภายใต้มาตรการเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคม ดังนั้นการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวเพื่อให้สามารถผลิตพยาบาลวิชาชีพเข้าสู่ระบบการบริการสาธารณสุขได้ตามแผน นับเป็นความท้าทายอย่างมากของสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วโลกรวมถึงประเทศไทย ซึ่งการปรับตัวสู่การดำเนินชีวิตแบบวิถีปกติใหม่ จำเป็นต้องมีการบริหารจัดการให้เหมาะสมและทันตามสถานการณ์ การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์และแบบผสมผสาน เป็นรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมและถูกนำมาใช้เป็นหลัก เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีผลการเรียนรู้ตามที่หลักสูตรต้องการภายใต้สถานการณ์ดังกล่าว บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์ที่มีการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ในประเด็น การบริหารจัดการปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคทฤษฎีออนไลน์ การสอบออนไลน์ และการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติแบบผสมผสาน ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้และเป็นแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวหรือในอนาคตให้มีคุณภาพต่อไป
