Factors Affect Exercise Behavior of Personnel Nakhonratchasima College

Abstract

This research aims to study the exercise behavior of the staffs of Nakhonratchasima College. The study was compared the factors affecting exercise behavior of 158 samples with focusing on general information questionnaire and exercise behavior questionnaire survey. The results was revealed that the exercise behavior of the staffs was in relation to perceived benefits and value of exercise to the samples. The knowledge of exercise principles of the staffs to exercise behavior was at a high level. However, staffs attitudes of the exercise behavior were low on average which was exhibited about the personal factors, age, status and their favorite in physical activity likes playing sports with the statistically significant difference at the 0.05. On the other hand, there was found no different of the staffs exercise behavior for the sex, education level, income, and congenital disease.
