บทคัดย่อ

ความวิการในสันกระดูกเบ้าฟันโดยเฉพาะชนิดที่มีผนังกระดูกเหลืออยู่ 2–3 ด้าน มีศักยภาพในการทำศัลยกรรมปริทันต์คืนสภาพ ผู้ป่วยหญิงอายุ 44 ปีจากการตรวจทางคลินิกและภาพรังสีพบความวิการในสันกระดูกเบ้าฟันที่มีผนังกระดูกเหลือ 2-3 ด้านบริเวณด้านไกลกลางและด้านลิ้นของฟันกรามน้อยล่างขวาซี่ที่ 1 ภายหลังการรักษาภาวะปริทันต์อักเสบขั้นต้นยังคงพบร่องลึกปริทันต์ 7-8 มิลลิเมตร ได้รับการทำศัลยกรรมปริทันต์ด้วยการปลูกถ่ายกระดูกในตนเองจากบริเวณสันเหงือกว่างของฟันกรามล่างขวาซี่ที่ 1 โดยไม่ใช้แผ่นกั้น ติดตามผลการรักษา 1 ปี สามารถลดร่องลึกปริทันต์เหลือ 3 มิลลิเมตร พบเหงือกร่นเพิ่มขึ้น 1 มิลลิเมตร ภาพรังสีแสดงการเพิ่มขึ้นของความสูงและความหนาแน่นของกระดูกเบ้าฟัน
