มะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองชนิด Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) ของรังไข่ เป็นภาวะที่พบได้น้อยมาก อาการและอาการแสดงมักไม่จำเพาะ และภาพทางรังสีวิทยามักคล้ายกับ epithelial ovarian carcinoma หรือ germ cell tumors อื่น ๆ ทำให้การวินิจฉัยต้องอาศัยการตรวจทางจุลพยาธิวิทยาร่วมกับการย้อมพิเศษอิมมูโนฮิสโตเคมีเป็นหลัก รายงานผู้ป่วยฉบับนี้นำเสนอ ลักษณะทางพยาธิวิทยาของมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองชนิด DLBCL ของรังไข่ ในผู้ป่วยที่มาด้วยภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากเนื้องอกรังไข่และได้รับการผ่าตัดฉุกเฉินเพื่อเอาเนื้องอกออก
