การบูรณะฟื้นฟูสภาพช่องปากในผู้ป่วยที่มีฟันสึกร่วมกับการสูญเสียมิติแนวดิ่ง : รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

การบูรณะฟื้นฟูสภาพช่องปากเป็นการรักษาทางทันตกรรมที่มีความซับซ้อน โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อแก้ไขความผิดปกติของระบบบดเคี้ยวจากสภาวะที่มีพยาธิสภาพให้กลับสู่สภาพสมบูรณ์ ส่งผลให้สามารถทำหน้าที่ได้อย่างปกติ มีเสถียรภาพการสบฟัน ข้อต่อขากรรไกรสมดุล และเกิดความสวยงาม บทความนี้เป็นรายงานการรักษาผู้ป่วยชายไทยอายุ 65 ปี มีฟันสึกทั้งปาก ฟันหน้าบนสั้น และสูญเสียฟันหลังบางตำแหน่ง ได้รับการส่งต่อจากทันตแพทย์รักษารากฟันเพื่อทำการบูรณะฟัน จากการตรวจวินิจฉัยพบว่ามีฟันสึกร่วมกับการสูญเสียมิติแนวดิ่งขณะสบ ได้รับการรักษาโดยการบูรณะฟื้นฟูสภาพช่องปากด้วยฟันเทียมแบบติดแน่น ผลการรักษาพบว่าผู้ป่วยมีประสิทธิภาพการบดเคี้ยวที่ดีขึ้น รอยยิ้มสวยงาม ส่งผลให้มีความมั่นใจและมีคุณภาพชีวิตดีขึ้น จากการติดตามผลการรักษาเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี ผู้ป่วยเคี้ยวใช้งานได้ดี ไม่มีปัญหา ให้ความร่วมมือในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเป็นอย่างดี และมีความพึงพอใจต่อผลการรักษา
