KEY SUCCESS FACTORS IN A BUSINESS OF MUAYTHAI ACADEMY IN PHUKET PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of research were (1) to identify the key success factors in a business of Muaythai academy in Phuket Province (2) to guidelines for the key success factors in a business of Muaythai academy in Phuket Province (3) to establish a strategy for the key success factors in a business of Muaythai academy in Phuket Province. The researchers used a mixed method of research, with a population of quantitative research is to come to the muaythai academy in Phuket, a sample of 400 people using accidental sampling. While qualitative research, using in-depth interviews, 6 owners an academy of MuayThai in Phuket. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, and a second confirmatory factor analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1. key success factors in a business of Muaythai academy in Phuket Province Including public relations (Y4 = 1.00; R2 = 0.63), places (Y3 = 0.81; R2 = 0.66) and the people (Y5 = 0.77; R2 = 0.69) respectively 2. Guidelines for key success factors in a business of Muaythai academy in Phuket Province were difference behavior and life style of foreign customers. The times to exercise were similarity and marketing mix. 3. Strategies for Success in a business of Muaythai academy in Phuket Province. The enduring success of the business depends on the customer.
