Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to examine exercise attitude and sports media exposured behavior of high school students in Vientiane with sports media exposure. (2) to compare the attitudes toward exercise and the behaviors of high school students in Vientiane classified by their personality with sports media exposure. (3) to examine the relations between the attitudes toward exercise and the behaviors of high school students in Vientiane with sports media exposure. The findings revealed that (1) high school students in Vientiane Capital had the attitudes toward exercise at a high level; their behaviors to expose sports medias via television, radio an internet were at an average level; while the level of students received information on sports via newspaper was low. (2) high school students who were different gender had different attitudes toward exercise with statistically significant different level of 0.05; and their behaviors to expose sports medias between television and internet were different with statistically significant different level of 0.05; high school students who are different in grades of studies had the same attitudes toward exercise, but their they behaviors to expose to newspaper were statistically significant with different level of 0.05. And (3) the relations between the attitudes toward exercise and the behaviors of high school students’ sports media exposure was at low level.
