STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT MODEL OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF SPORTS AUTHORITY OF THAILAND

The purpose of this research was to develop a Strategic Management Model of Social Responsibility of Sports Authority of Thailand. The methodology of the study comprised of four following steps: 1) reviewing literature and collection data to the principle, theories, and concept concerning the sports organization management 2) designing and developing and managerial model for Social Responsibility of Sports Authority of Thailand by Delphi Technique from 13 experts; 3) to determine the suitability and feasibility of the model of strategic management in social responsibility for the Sports Authority of Thailand by using focus group discussion by 9 experts. 4) conclusion with the proposed managerial model of social responsibility for Sports Authority of Thailand. The statistical devices for data analysis were median and interquartile range.
The research findings were as follows: The Strategic Management Model of Social Responsibility of Sports Authority of Thailand of process consists of 5 areas. (1) Direction Setting of 4 components, (2) Environment Scanning) of 3 components, (3) Strategy Formulation of 9 components, (4) Strategy Implementation of 6 components, and (5) Evaluation and Control of 7 components, The application of the Strategic Management Model of Social Responsibility of Sports Authority of Thailand model was appropriate and practical.
