EFFECT OF JINKANGKONG EXERCISE TRAINING ON PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSES IN EXERCISE TRAINING IN OLDER WOMEN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study effect of Jinkangkong exercise training on physiological responses in exercise training in Older Women. The Sample group who retire of Kasetsert University, Bangkhen Campus, female, age 60-70 years old, fifteen subjects were chosen by simple random sampling participating in this study. Experimental group was assigned to a Jinkangkong exercise training for 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week, 60 minute per sessions. Subjects in experimental group was tested for physiological responses in exercise training before and during exercise 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks of training. Data were analyzed using One way analysis of variance with repeated measure along with the multiple comparison using LSD’s method. The ∞ level used to establish significance was 0.05

Results indicated that the physiological responses during exercise training in experimental group was development significantly different (p<0.05) except resting heart rate there was no significant differences (p<0.05). Also results of this study may be applied to exercise program for increasing physiological response and alternative to be applied in older women age 60-70 years old to good health.
