บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-Sectional Analytical Study) มีวัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อศึกษาความร่วมมือและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความร่วมมือภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนในการป้องกันการบาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิตจากอุบัติเหตุทางถนนในพื้นที่เทศบาลนครอุดรธานี โดยอาศัยแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการแบบร่วมมือ (Collaborative Governance) ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ บุคลากรหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ที่ดำเนินงานด้านการป้องกันการบาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิตจากอุบัติเหตุทางถนน ในเขตเทศบาลนครอุดรธานี ตามคำสั่งคณะกรรมการศูนย์อำนวยการความปลอดภัยทางถนนจังหวัดอุดรธานี และคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ความปลอดภัยทางถนนจังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวน 116 คน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ยินยอมเข้าร่วมโครงการจาก 127 คน โดยไม่มีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความร่วมมือภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนฯ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.63 (S.D. = 0.94) โดยปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความร่วมมือภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนฯ ในระดับสูง ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านโครงสร้างและสถาบันในระดับสูง (ORadj = 3.69, 95% CI = 1.10-12.39, p-value = 0.035) และปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในระดับสูง (ORadj= 4.59, 95% CI = 1.71-12.29, p-value = 0.002) ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้
มีส่วนสำคัญต่อกระบวนการความร่วมมือภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ในการป้องกันการบาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิตจากอุบัติเหตุทางถนนในพื้นที่เทศบาลนครอุดรธานี
