ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 ของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 ในผู้สูงอายุกรุงเทพมหานคร ช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ - มีนาคม 2566 การเลือกกลุ่มประชากรในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มประชากรผู้สูงอายุที่อยู่ในชุมชนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสัมภาษณ์ โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 ด้วยสถิติการถดถอยโลจิสติก ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญกำหนดที่ P-value < 0.05 โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติสำหรับโปรแกรม (SPSS)
รุ่น 28 ผลการศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง 393 คน โดยคิดเป็นความครอบคลุมสะสมดังนี้ เข็มที่ 1 สะสมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.15 เข็มที่ 2 ร้อยละ 93.12 เข็มที่ 3 ร้อยละ 61.32 เข็มที่ 4 ร้อยละ 16.79 เข็มที่ 5 ร้อยละ 2.54 ผลการวิเคราะห์แบบถดถอยเอกนามพบว่าปัจจัยการไม่มีโรคประจำตัว การไม่ป่วยด้วยโรคเบาหวาน การประกอบอาชีพ ความไม่กังวลเกี่ยวกับวัคซีนมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P-value < 0.05) ดังนั้นการศึกษานี้ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของผู้สูงอายุที่ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย งานวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะให้ประชาชนตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการฉีดวัคซีน และทำให้ประชาชนมั่นใจในความปลอดภัยของวัคซีน
